Job Purpose:

This position involves supervising the day-to-day nursing activities at the facility during your shift. Supervision must comply with Federal, State, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, as well as directives from the Director of Nursing Services, to ensure the highest quality of care.

Authority and Responsibility:

As the Charge Nurse, you will have the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out your duties.
