We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in inpatient rehabilitation and a strong understanding of adult and geriatric rehabilitation principles.

Key Responsibilities

---Assessment and Treatment: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans to address their physical therapy goals.
---Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication among team members.
---Patient Education: Educate patients and their families on proper techniques, exercises, and strategies to promote optimal recovery and independence.
---Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Qualifications

We require a Physical Therapist who is licensed in the state of practice and has experience working in inpatient rehabilitation settings. A current BLS/CPR certification is also necessary.
