About the Role:We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team at Mercy Rehabilitation Hospital Northwest Arkansas. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing patients' needs, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans to address their specific needs.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and therapy assistants, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
• Conduct regular evaluations and reassessments to monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research, techniques, and best practices in physical therapy to provide evidence-based care.Requirements:
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Arkansas.
  • Experience in inpatient rehabilitation settings preferred.
