Mercy Clinic is seeking a part-time (16 hours a week) LPN to join our team. Infectious Disease OVERVIEW:Under the direction of the primary care operations team, the Primary Care Patient Care LPN works directly with Mercy Primary Care Providers to provide safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, patient-centered care in a systematic way. The Primary Care Patient Care LPN will partner with patients, providers, and other members of the clinical care team to drive quality outcomes for all patients. Duties and responsibilities will be performed in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards. Clinic Schedule: Monday - Friday, availability between 8:00am to 4:30pmTuition Reimbursement up to $2,000 for continuing education. Health/Dental/Vision available after day one.
