TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified PACU/Pre-Post Op RN in Joplin, Missouri, 64804 About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Job Specialty: Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day, 3x12 Friday - Sunday Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: Registered Nurse License Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) Must-Have: Experience in Post-Operative care Job Description: - Provide comprehensive care to patients in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit. - Assess and monitor patients' recovery from anesthesia. - Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans. - Utilize Electronic Medical Records (EMR) effectively, with experience in EPIC preferred. - Possess strong interpersonal skills to provide compassionate and effective communication with patients and their families. - Adhere to the dress code with specified black scrubs. - Flexibility to work weekend hours and fulfill on-call requirements as needed.
