  A single-specialty independent group of four board certified--Pediatricians--and two certified Nurse Practitioners is seeking a new--Pediatrician--to assume an existing practice.--This is a rare "turnkey---" opportunity, so you would enjoy the security of stepping an existing patient base.
  
  --PRACTICE DETAILS INCLUDE:
  
  
  
  A single-specialty independent group of three board certified pediatricians and two certified nurse practitioners is seeking a physician in Springfield, MO.----
  ---------------------------- Other details of this opportunity include:
  ----------------------Partnership track in one to two years with five weeks of vacation.--
  --------------------Four day work week and one weekend a month.----Call is equally shared among the physicians in the group (1:4 call).
  --------------------The group utilizes a triage system to handle first call.--
  ------------------A hospitalist is utilized for inpatient care and a neonatologist for critical newborn care (Level 3 NICU).-- Only hospital work is newborn nursery care without attending deliveries.

  ------------------The group admits to a locally operated health system with a 1000+ licensed beds and includes a dedicated inpatient women---s and children---s tower.

  ------------------Approximately 650 physicians are practicing in the immediate area.-- Most of the medical specialties are available including a variety of pediatric sub-specialties.
